  2. Prepare Your Package: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received with the purchase. Ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is received. Grateatud is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping costs.


Refunds

If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount refunded and the method of refund. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would prefer an exchange. Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship the replacement item to you. If there is a price difference between the returned item and the new item, we will charge or credit the difference to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Damaged or Defective Items
